I am working with a well-established client, in the bank and financial services industry, looking for a new Junior Associate - Marketing.
Location - Harrow, London - Fully onsite
Salary - £25,500 per annum
Reporting to - Marketing Manager
You will provide overall event and marketing material for branch support, internal and external comms, Social Media support, and improve website development.
Responsibilities:
Support in events management, especially with coordination with teams, and event collateral management, and maintaining the event reports.
Support in collateral/ marketing material management /development (internal and external comms) eg. Newsletters, Brochure - leaflets.
Support in the management and development of social media.
Support in the management and development of website enhancement.
Support in with management and execution of website content management.
Support in the drafting, management and maintaining regular marketing reports.
Perform and complete other marketing-related responsibilities and projects as necessary.
Supporting the development and execution of the marketing plan, especially in measurement reporting - assessment and tracking.
Deal with Marketing vendors on a regular basis
Budget - Coordination with invoice and expense control reports maintenance
Dealing with internal and external stakeholders
Administration duties:
Pull together first drafts of PowerPoint, Word, spread sheet marketing requirements to tight-deadline requests.
Use and maintain spread sheet marketing database in support of marketing campaigns.
Create and assemble marketing materials for Sales Teams and ad hoc requests.
Work with team to develop and keep track of a unified storage of presentations, materials on marketing and communications so that internal functional groups can easily access to.
Work with team in maintenance of stock of select office marketing collateral (including brochures, corporate gifts, files, reports, etc.).
Work with team in collateral management, inventory and distribution/management.
Administration support - maintain marketing reports, files, competitive reports and other communication requirements as required.
About you:
Some experience in a marketing role within a financial services firm is DESIRED
Some events and digital/Social Media background
Experience in managing vendor relationships and third parties
