The Role
* Manage and grow major retail accounts.
* Develop long‑term customer relationships and identify new opportunities.
* Negotiate terms, pricing and promotional activity to deliver profitable growth.
* Work cross‑functionally to meet customer requirements and deliver first‑class service.
* Provide regular account reviews, forecasts and performance updates.
* Support the sales leadership team with strategic planning.
The Candidate
* A strong track record in food manufacturing.
* A strong track record with one or more major retailers.
* Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Commercial acumen with strong problem‑solving skills.
