About the Role: Hay is currently recruiting for a Travel Passenger Team Lead. This role has emerged as the Travel Passenger Team undergoes a service redesign and supports a large recruitment campaign to meet growing demand. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the increased pressure on the team and service, alongside the existing Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the Travel Passenger Team during the service redesign.
2. Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
3. Ensure smooth operation and high performance of the team.
Collaborate with other team leaders to maintain service quality.
Requirements:
4. Proven experience in a travel passenger environment.
5. Strong background in recruitment and onboarding processes.
6. Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
