In brief, the successful applicant shall be responsible for: leading and executing the leasing strategy for commercial properties, and maximising occupancy, rental income, and asset value. and shall involve: developing strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, negotiating high-value lease agreements, ensuring the long-term success of the commercial portfolio, and Managing a small team The portfolio is largely based in the Northwest of England, with further assets located in other parts of the UK.
