The Role:
This job is based out of our Bedford HQ – MK41 0LF and delivers excellent customer service while identifying sales opportunities to achieve individual and team targets.
Role Overview:
* Engage with customers to assess their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
* Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
* Drive sales through upselling and cross‑selling based on customer needs and preferences.
* Manage and update the customer pipeline using CRM tools or internal systems.
* Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
* Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
* Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints in a professional and solutions‑focused manner.
Requirements:
* Experience of working within a target orientated/sales role
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Time management and organisation
* Ability to work under pressure
What We Offer:
* Opening hours are 08.30 – 20.00, working on average 40 hours per week, less if working a weekend, working 5 days out of 7 on an early or late start.
* Enhanced base rate for first 3 months plus uncapped commission.
