Are you the right person for the job?
If you have a genuine interest in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, enjoy hands-on technical work, and want to build a career in electrical manufacturing, this role could be a perfect fit.
Ideally, you'll have:
A qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (ONC/OND/Level 2 or higher)
Good practical aptitude and strong attention to detail
The ability to read and understand technical drawings (training provided if needed)
A positive, reliable attitude and willingness to learn
Strong awareness of Health & Safety standards

What will your role look like?
As a Graduate Panel Builder, you'll be working in our Haverfordwest manufacturing workshop, assembling and wiring electrical control panels for emergency power systems.
You'll:
Build and wire electrical control panels and related components
Read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical drawings
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Perform inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards
Keep accurate build documentation and records
Work both independently and as part of a close-knit team
