Salary: £65,000 - 75,000 per year Requirements: Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or business reporting Bachelors degree in a quantitative subject such as business administration, computer science, or data analytics Advanced SQL skills and strong working knowledge of Power Query and ETL processes Advanced Excel skills Good working knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent, and data visualisation techniques Demonstrable end-to-end experience gathering, organising, and delivering BI solutions and dashboards Experience providing business-wide support, ideally working closely with sales and/or commercial teams Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for stakeholders Strong presentation skills and the ability to translate technical outputs into business language Pragmatic approach, with experience of growing less structured organisations Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly beneficial Responsibilities: Create and own BI models, dashboards, and data by consolidating multiple data sources including ERP, MES, Excel, and other systems Develop the architecture needed to build a single source of truth for all analytics Establish and lead master data management practices and create a robust master data strategy with senior stakeholders Define data quality rules and own data governance standards Define and review core KPIs with the business to ensure they remain relevant Drive adoption of dashboards across senior leadership and managers, reducing manual reporting through automation and standardisation Provide insight-led recommendations that influence commercial and operational decisions Partner with sales and commercial teams to improve visibility, insight, and control over pipeline, forecast accuracy, target attainment, and productivity Help identify risks and opportunities across the sales and commercial function Work closely with IT to leverage existing systems, automate data pipelines, and improve reporting processes Technologies: Business Intelligence ETL ERP Excel Support LESS Power BI Power Query SQL Tableau More: We are partnering with Radius Systems on the next phase of developing our Business Intelligence and Data Management capabilities.
