About the job
As Marketing Director, you’ll shape the vision and strategy for one of Supporting Education Group’s (SEG) most ambitious and high-growth practices – Qualifications & Training. Leading a portfolio of four strong brands, you’ll unlock synergies, drive collaboration, and expand market share across a competitive landscape. Your leadership will empower teams, strengthen our brand presence, and help learners, schools, and employers achieve lasting success.

* Deliver Results: Manage budgets, track KPIs, and present performance insights to senior leadership.
About you
* Proven track record leading marketing in a multi-brand, multi-business environment, aligning marketing strategies with commercial outcomes.
* 5+ years’ experience in a senior marketing role ideally within education, skills, training, or a related field.
* Expertise in digital marketing, CRM (Hubspot or similar), campaign management and analytics.
* Experience managing change and integrating acquired brands.
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills at all levels.
* Strong analytical skills and evidence of data-driven decision-making.
We’re Also Keen On:
* Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
* International marketing experience, particularly market expansion.
* Knowledge of private equity and M&A contexts.

* Hybrid work with regular in-office presence in Bristol (at least three days per week) and some travel to London and other offices.
* 28 days holiday and an extra day for each year you stay, up to a maximum of 33 days plus bank holidays.
