Working days - 5days but 1st and 3rd Saturday are working and 2nd, 4th and 5th willbe off and Sunday is fixed off.
PositionOverview:
We are looking for a highly skilled andexperienced professional to join our team as a Lead - Inside Salesin the IT industry. As a Lead - Inside Sales, you will beresponsible for leading and managing a team of inside salesrepresentatives, driving sales initiatives, and achieving revenuetargets. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellentsales acumen, and a deep understanding of the IT industry and itsproducts and services.
KeyResponsibilities:
1. Lead and manage a team of inside salesrepresentatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support tomaximize their performance and productivity.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies andtactics to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and meet orexceed sales targets.
3. Set clear sales objectives and keyperformance indicators (KPIs) for the team, monitoring progress,and implementing corrective actions asneeded.
4. Build andmaintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding theirbusiness needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive customersatisfaction and loyalty.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams,including marketing, product management, and customer support, toalign sales efforts and enhance the overall customerexperience.
6. Analyzemarket trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback toidentify new business opportunities, market gaps, and productimprovement areas.
7.Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the seniormanagement team, highlighting key achievements, challenges, andrecommendations.
8.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, andcompetitive landscape to effectively position our products andservices in the market.
