Managing queues effectively, ensuring a smooth flow of patrons entering and exiting. Enforcing venue policies and maintaining order. Dealing with incidents professionally and in line with briefed procedures and reporting. Requirements Valid Door Supervisor licence ( essential) Previous customer service experience in a similar role ( essential) Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
