Finance Manager
A Snapshot of Your Day
As Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting and executing the organization’s financial strategy. Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will support in core financial operations including month-end close, journal entries, general ledger integrity, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will partner with internal stakeholders to deliver clear insights, forward-looking forecasts, and data-driven recommendations that support informed decision-making and sustainable growth.
How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Support financial analysis, reporting, cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
2. Help the Financial Controller in the preparation, analysis and annotation of the monthly plant performance vs forecast.
3. Support Cost Centre Technical Counterparts in developing budgets, interpreting financial reports, and managing financial responsibilities
4. Plan, monitor, and control capital expenditure budgets in line with approved investment plans
5. Ensure correct capitalization, depreciation, and asset classification in accordance with accounting standards
6. Act as the main owner responsible for the input, monitoring, and tracking of cost-saving measures within the internal One Puma Web system.
7. Actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement these as appropriate using various methodologies.
8. In conjunction with key stakeholder’s design, develop and implementation of reporting systems and KPI’s, using MS Office tools and PowerBI to ensure effective reporting of the factory performance, both financial and non-financial.
9. Support the Financial Controller of the Blade Factory and wider business leaders in ad hoc commercial topics.
What You Bring
10. Expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
11. Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
12. Excellent communication skills for advising management and presenting findings to key stakeholders
13. Experience in budgeting, cost control, and Capital investment evaluation.
14. Proficient in digital tools and data analysis, skilled in collecting and presenting financial and operational KPIs.
15. Proficiency in financial systems and tools.
16. Excellent networking and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of handling queries and ad-hoc requests.
