We're looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Service Advisor to help drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and deliver exceptional service day in, day out. As a Sales & Customer Service Advisor, you'll be at the heart of our business, assisting customers via phone, live chat, and email. You will handle sales enquiries, process orders across multiple channels (including B2B), provide bespoke quotations, and liaise closely with both customers and suppliers to ensure smooth deliveries. Your dedication will help maintain our strong Net Promoter Score (NPS) and contribute directly to the growth and success of the business. Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer sales enquiries across our product ranges Process and manage customer orders, including B2B transactions Provide tailored quotations and proforma invoices, following up to drive sales Verify sales order acknowledgements and coordinate with suppliers for accuracy Liaise with customers to ensure timely and smooth delivery of orders Provide technical product information with support from internal teams and manufacturing partners Deliver exceptional customer service to support strong customer loyalty and repeat business Work collaboratively to meet team sales targets and business objectives Assist with sales administration and other projects as needed What We're Looking For: Five GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths. Proven experience in a customer service environment (e.g., call center, helpdesk). Strong communication skills, with a customer-first attitude Experience in sales or customer service, ideally within an ecommerce or B2B environment Ability to manage multiple communication channels (phone, email, live chat) effectively Attention to detail and strong organisational skills A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement Team player mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Desirable Qualifications & Experience Degree-level education. Minimum two years in a sales/customer-facing role. Key Skills & Abilities Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional telephone manner. Strong sales ability with a track record of achieving targets. Exceptional organisational and time management skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
