Hours: 16 hours a week

The Junction, a leading charity, seeks a passionate Youth Voice Deputy Coordinator to join our team (flexible, 16hrs/week, negotiable).
Youth Voice Deputy Coordinator at The Junction (£31,467 per annum pro rata + benefits, cost of living increase pending)
Responsibilities include:
* Empowering young people: helping design projects, leading participation groups, and driving social action campaigns that matter to them.
* Amplifying youth voice in the Middlesbrough Youth Strategy.
* Supporting young people in social action projects they care about.
* Shaping the future of youth services through the Youth Strategy Conference.
Ideal candidate:
* Has a proven track record of supporting young people.
* Is passionate about youth participation and social action.
* Can inspire and collaborate, with a knack for creative solutions.
