Financial Reporting Manager SF Partners are working with a growing and highly regarded organisation to recruit an experienced Financial Reporting Manager to join their finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong finance professional looking to take ownership of external reporting, statutory accounts, and financial controls within a dynamic business environment. The Role Reporting directly to senior finance leadership, the Financial Reporting Manager will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and supporting wider business performance. Key responsibilities will include: Preparation and review of statutory accounts Managing month-end and year-end reporting processes Ensuring compliance with IFRS/UK GAAP and regulatory requirements Liaising with external auditors and key stakeholders Improving financial controls and reporting processes Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities Managing and developing junior finance team members Providing technical accounting guidance across the business Candidate Profile The successful candidate will be: ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified Experienced within financial reporting, audit, or technical accounting Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting requirements Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail Confident managing stakeholders across finance and the wider business Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems preferred Whats on Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Collaborative and high-performing finance team Exposure to senior leadership and strategic projects
