Designed to feel like a home-from-home, this setting offers thoughtfully planned indoor spaces alongside outdoor areas that inspire curiosity, creativity, and independence in children aged three months to five years.
Our client is looking for a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their growing team and help create a warm, engaging, and high-quality early years experience for every child.
What Our Client Is Looking For
* Level 3 Early Years qualification – essential
* Experience working in an early years setting – essential
* Experience working with children across the full age range from babies to pre-school
* A caring, nurturing approach with a genuine passion for early years education
* Enthusiasm for outdoor learning and supporting children’s independence
* A positive, reliable team player with a proactive attitude
* Good communication skills when working with families and colleagues

Key Responsibilities
* Providing high-quality care and education for children within your room
* Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based activities in line with EYFS
* Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
* Encouraging outdoor play and helping children explore and learn through nature
* Building strong relationships with children, families, and team members
* Observing, assessing, and recording children’s development
* Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed at all times
