About your role:
Due to increased demand, we have an exciting opportunity to join our Maths team.
We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced GCSE Maths lecturers to join our dedicated team of specialist teachers. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Maths lessons to our learners, helping them achieve their full potential.
We are seeking individuals with:
* Relevant and up-to-date subject knowledge and teaching experience
* The ability to prepare, plan, and deliver engaging lessons
* A passion for supporting and nurturing students
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Innovative strategies to engage learners
* An understanding of quality assurance and assessment
* The ability to work effectively with learners with diverse needs
The ideal candidate will have experience within the Further Education (FE) sector and recent experience of teaching GCSE Maths. However, if you do not currently hold a teaching qualification, there is the opportunity to gain one as part of your professional development.

Candidates could qualify for the following funding whilst completing an approved FE initial teacher education qualification:
* Targeted retention incentive payments for FE teachers gives you the chance of qualifying to receive an extra payment of up to £6,000 per year while
* Teach in Further Education - Teaching this subjects could make you eligible for a bursary up to £31,000 are available.
