Recruitment Candidate Resourcer
Offices near Monument / London Bridge
Hybrid working – 3 days in office, 2 days from home
Permanent - up to £30k
We’re looking for a Candidate Resourcer to join us at Tiger Recruitment, in our business support team. Within this role you will be responsible for sourcing and building relationships with great candidates!
This is a people-focussed role, perfect for graduates or early-career professionals who are great communicators, confident, organised and who love connecting with people!

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
* Finding and reaching out to candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and our database
* Conducting initial candidate screenings and interviews
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates
* Keeping candidate pipelines up to date and helping consultants with shortlists
* Supporting our team with talent mapping and research
* Making sure every candidate has a positive experience with us
WHO YOU ARE:
* Excellent communicator, friendly, confident, and can build rapport with ease
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Proactive, curious, and enjoys problem-solving
* Keen to learn and grow in a recruitment environment
