Fraud Signals & Authentication Tech Delivery Manager
We are looking for a Fraud Signals & Authentication Tech Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team focused on cutting‑edge fraud prevention solutions. This role sits within our Fraud Prevention strategy working across three pillars: Identification and Verification, Detection and Servicing.
You will work closely with our Strategy and Analytics team, driving initiatives to continually optimise our fraud detection platforms to ensure they remain at their best.
Qualifications and Experience
* Strong experience in managing technology delivery projects, using Agile or Scrum, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams, including IT, compliance, and business units.
* Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards related to fraud prevention (PCI DSS, GDPR, AML).
* Deep understanding of fraud prevention technologies and methodologies, including machine learning, data analytics, and real‑time transaction monitoring.
* Understanding of user‑centered design principles to enhance usability of tech platforms.
* Ability to lead and mentor a team of technical professionals.
Purpose of the role
To manage the efficient delivery of large‑scale technical projects and capabilities across the bank and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the software product lifecycle, meeting agreed time, budget, and quality requirements.
Accountabilities
* Manage delivery, resource allocation, and improvement of complex technical project capabilities using Agile/Scrum.
* Collaborate with customers and business teams to manage and implement customer trails to support technically feasible solutions.
* Collaborate with engineers, quality teams, product managers and other engineering teams to deliver high‑quality products aligned to bank objectives, regulations, and security policies.
* Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with technical projects.
* Manage change requests and communicate with stakeholders.
* Manage vendor relations related to technical projects.
* Stay abreast of industry technology trends and adopt new approaches to improve delivery outcomes.
