Role Overview:
As an Estate Coordinator, you will play a crucial role for the assistance in management of Farmers and fields. This position is a fantastic opportunity to grow in the Farming Industry.
Role Responsibilities:
Assistance in management of Farmers and fields, harvesting contractors and of building and yard areas.
Supporting Estate manager in all operations.
Field staff Management
Supporting Production Manager in factory processes.
Day to day running of distillery process. (once a year)
Omnia daily management.
Operational Planning

Ability to operate plant machinery on site.
Collaboration- Liaise effectively with harvesting team leaders, supervisors Estate Manager, Production Manager and Engineering Manager on any issues.
PA1/2 qualification
Desired Skills:
Telehandler
BOAS boiler operation certification(desirable)
Experience:
Must understand the basics of farms
Good understanding of Husbandry Side of farming
Salary & Benefits:
Up to £35,000 per year.

Shift Pattern:
Flexible on weekends and throughout the day, no nights.
