You will need to communicate regularly with our landlords, taking care of their investment, understanding the needs of our tenants, and above all displaying professionalism, integrity, and endeavour. Minimum of 3 years experience preferred not essential, working within a property management department, covering all aspects of Property Management. Main Role and Responsibilities experience required as follows Property Management overseeing the completion of maintenance issues Operating Property Management systems re: landlords Understanding and delivering Tenant Care policy Letting Properties Generating Landlord Referrals (canvassing etc) Conducting Inventories Property Inspections Contracts/referrals/references Overseeing government legislation, eg Energy Performance Certificates, Gas Safety certificates etc Car owner essential.
