About The Workshop

The Role
As a Service Technician, you will:
* Carry out routine servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
* Perform MOT preparation and general workshop tasks
* Road-test vehicles to ensure quality and safety standards are met
* Maintain accurate service and repair documentation
* Work closely with other technicians and service advisors
* Gain experience across hybrid, EV, and VAG systems
About You
* 1+ years' experience as a Vehicle Technician, Junior Mechanic, or similar
* Confident with basic servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
* Reliable, professional, and detail-focused
* Positive, team-oriented attitude
* Full UK driving licence preferred
* Keen to learn and develop skills, particularly in VAG and EV/hybrid vehicles
