Digital Marketing Executive – Birmingham (Hybrid)
£28,000 – £32,000 DOE + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
My client, a thriving marketing agency based in Birmingham, is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with agency experience who is confident running digital campaigns across paid media and has a solid understanding of SEO.
You’ll be working across a mix of clients, with a particular focus on Google Ads and Paid Social. eCommerce experience is highly desirable.
This role is well suited to someone with an analytical mindset who enjoys working with data, numbers, and performance metrics to drive results and make informed conclusions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping)
* Create and run Paid Social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms
* Support SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page optimisation and reporting
* Work closely with the creative and content teams on campaign assets and landing pages
* Monitor and report on campaign performance using GA4, Looker Studio and other tools
* Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring KPIs and targets are met
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a digital/marketing agency is essential
* Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and campaign management
* Experienced with Meta Ads Manager and paid social strategy
* Good understanding of SEO fundamentals
* Experience working with eCommerce brands is a strong advantage
* Strong interest in data and performance analysis, with attention to detail
* Excellent communicator with good organisational skills
