* Book interpreters, arrange document translations, and manage appointments for clients requiring language support.
* Generate and process invoices linked to expert reports, enter invoice data accurately onto SAGE, and support payment checks.
* Act as a key point of contact, keeping Personal Injury Case Handlers promptly updated and answering internal and external telephone queries with the utmost professionalism.
* Scan, upload, and accurately record incoming post and electronic documents.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong administrative background, exceptional organizational skills, and a genuine passion for client care.
* You excel at managing a busy task diary, prioritising your workload, and thriving under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
* You can follow detailed instructions and work effectively without close supervision.
* You enjoy interacting with a wide variety of people and possess outstanding client care skills.
* You have a strong work ethic, are happy to cover a variety of tasks to support the team, and are willing to work outside of core hours on occasion if required.
