Are you passionate about empowering professionals through coaching and development? Join a reputable training provider dedicated to learner success and employee satisfaction. We seek a motivated Apprenticeship Skills Coach to support Level 3-5 apprenticeships.
You will manage a remote caseload, guiding learners through their apprenticeship journey with high-quality coaching, tailored support, and progress tracking to ensure successful completion.
Responsibilities include visiting learners remotely or in the workplace, training, assessing, and preparing learners for End-Point Assessment, liaising with employers, maintaining records, providing pastoral support, and staying current with industry trends.
Requirements include vocational expertise in management, leadership, and business, good communication skills, the ability to manage workload and travel, delivering training, and working towards relevant qualifications such as TAQA or Assessors award. Own transport and the ability to cover the South are necessary.
Preferred qualifications include proven coaching or training experience in apprenticeship or education settings, delivering Level 3-5 programmes, and recognized assessor qualifications.
