Key Responsibilities of Electrical Supervisor
Supervise all electrical activities on-site, ensuring safety, quality, and on schedule.
Coordinate and manage electrical subcontractors and direct-workers.
Make sure all Health and Safety rules are followed.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to keep everything running smoothly.
Understands how to work safely in active sites, making sure client systems stay up and running during construction.
Good knowledge of important company policies and maintains effective working relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
Electrical Supervisor Requirements:
A skilled tradesperson with 5 to 10 years of experience supervising large installation teams and subcontractors.
Understanding of Health and Safety regulations.
Comfortable working with electrical and mechanical systems.
Good with software and systems.
