We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Hospitality Assistant to join the team at Kents Hill Park. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of exceptional guest experiences within a busy hotel and conference environment. Hospitality Assistant – The Role
* Lead the delivery of exceptional food and beverage service across conferences, events, and daily hospitality operations.
* Collaborate with the venue team to ensure seamless service standards and a positive guest experience at all times.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health and safety guidelines.
* Support operational planning for meetings, events, room setups, and hospitality functions.
* Prepare and serve food and beverages in line with company standards.
* Assist with event room set‑ups and breakdowns as required.
* Deliver friendly, professional service to guests, responding efficiently to requests.
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and event delivery.

* Experience in hospitality, catering, customer service, or a similar guest‑facing role.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
