Job Description
The Assistant Manager is a multi-faceted role merging business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. Strategically, assistants managers are responsible for driving sales results by analyzing the business and providing best-in-class customer service. They oversee daily store operations including opening and closing routines and driving efficiency in all store processes. They leverage creative expertise through floorset updates, styling recommendations and product knowledge. They are talent leaders, driving recruiting and training, engagement and development. They are expected to show up, bringing their best selves every day. With a promote-from-within philosophy, our Assistant Managers build on their foundation and have the opportunity to grow into future store leaders.
