RUCKUS Networks is seeking a high performing Product Manager for Ethernet switches. As a Product Manager you will have product line responsibilities for Ethernet switches, owning every product aspect throughout the product lifecycle : from market exploration, product requirements definition and development, go:to:market, product transition and end:of:sale phases.

Responsibilities:
- Make data driven and business:oriented decisions to drive revenue and market share growth of RUCKUS Ethernet switches
- Responsible for product positioning, pricing, promotions, and messaging
- Develop joint initiatives leveraging RUCKUS Wi:Fi, Cloud, and AI solutions to position RUCKUS as the leader in Enterprise networking.
- Manage new product introductions, transitions, forecast and P and L.
- Engage with sales, distributors, resellers and end customers to socialize and promote our portfolio.
- Participate in training webinars, blogs, whitepapers and trade shows to articulate value propositions and competitive advantages.
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related degree
- 3+ years of product management experience with enterprise networking products
- Strong technical understanding of campus networks and LAN technologies

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third:party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This positions expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is 135,600.00 : 180,000.00
The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
