Direct Reports: c.6 staff
Community Size: 28 residents
Operations: Social enterprise (shop, café, workshop), supported accommodation
We are recruiting to a homeless charity based in Seaforth Liverpool.
This is not a traditional CEO role. This is an opportunity to lead a purpose-driven organisation where success is measured by people moving into employment, gaining independence and rebuilding their lives.
Youll be at the forefront of creating real pathways into work, using social enterprise and community support to deliver lasting change.

What Youll Be Doing
* Lead the organisation strategically and operationally, working closely with the Board
* Drive a clear focus on employment pathways, skills development and progression outcomes
* Ensure high-quality, person-centred support that leads to real independence
* Oversee and grow social enterprise activity as a route into employment
* Build partnerships with employers, training providers and local stakeholders
* Take full ownership of financial performance, sustainability and compliance
* Lead and inspire a small, committed team to deliver impact

* Strong experience in organisational leadership
