Treatment Coordinator
This role involves working as part of a high-quality dental care team. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating treatments, providing exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with patients, and assisting with dental care procedures.
To be successful in this position, you will need to have GDC registration, experience in private dental practices, and lead conversion skills. A full driving license is also required, as you will need to travel between locations and visit local communities to promote the practice.
You should be a confident spokesperson who can communicate effectively with patients, both verbally and on video content. Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays may be required, depending on the needs of the business.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of cosmetic and restorative treatments and be able to support clinicians with their special interests.
