Senior Product Manager
to help shape the future of its customer and advisor experience. This role sits at the heart of a major transformation programme, leveraging
digital, data, and AI technologies
to enhance customer journeys, streamline advisor workflows, and deliver operational efficiency—all while maintaining a highly personalised advisory service that sets the business apart. The Opportunity This is a strategic product leadership role where you’ll partner with senior stakeholders, technology teams, and front-line advisors to translate business challenges into scalable product solutions. You’ll own product roadmaps, prioritise features based on customer and business value, and ensure delivery squads are focused on what matters most for growth, retention, and service excellence. Key Responsibilities Define and deliver the
product and technology strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and business performance. Act as the
voice of both customers and sales advisors, ensuring their needs drive product decisions. Translate advisor workflows and customer pain points into product requirements, user stories, and functionality roadmaps. Partner with architects, data, engineering, and UX/UI teams to design and deliver solutions across apps, policy admin systems, and multi-channel experiences. Drive the adoption of new features across a large advisor network, working with change management and “super user” groups. Lead workstreams in
customer discovery, analytics, and competitive benchmarking
to inform product direction. Monitor KPIs and feedback loops to continuously improve customer journeys and sales outcomes. Present product roadmaps and updates to senior leadership and steering committees, shaping the strategic agenda. Own and deliver strategic initiatives that impact customer engagement and efficiency (e.g., renewals, policy access, or advisor contact processes). What We’re Looking For 10+ years’ product management experience, ideally with exposure to multi-channel, customer-facing products. Strong background in
digital experience, product design, and software development practices. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams across engineering, UX/UI, operations, sales, finance, and marketing. Data-driven problem solver with strong commercial acumen. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at executive level.
