Product Manager - Unified Communications & Contact Centre 3 - month contract £ 450 per day/ Inside IR35 Fully Remote Must be available to start immediately Were looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the UC & Contact Centre product portfolio. Youll own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance across UCaaS, CCaaS, SIP and voice services. This includes platforms such as 8x8, TeamsLink, AudioCodes Live, LG Pragma, Five9 and SIP/inbound services. Youll drive product development, manage vendor relationships, support sales enablement, and ensure products remain competitive and customer-focused. Key Responsibilities Own and deliver the UC & CC product roadmap Lead product lifecycle from concept to launch Define requirements for UCaaS/CCaaS enhancements and integrations Manage vendor and partner relationships Support sales with training, propositions and competitive insight Ensure documentation, SLAs and onboarding processes are up to date Essential skills You will have proven Product Management experience in UCaaS, CCaaS or cloud communications Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone, Direct Routing, SIP, omni-channel CCaaS Understanding of legacy voice systems (PBX, ISDN, PSTN) Commercial acumen and experience building pricing models Ability to translate technical features into customer value Desirable skills Experience with AI-driven CX tools Knowledge of telecoms compliance (Ofcom, GDPR) ECS Resource Group are an Equal Opportunity Employer, for more information please click the following link:
