We’re looking for a Lettings Valuer for our fantastic Blundells team, leading and growing lettings across Knaresborough, Boroughbridge, Ripon, and Harrogate.

What We’re Looking For:
* Ideally, a Senior Negotiator or experienced property professional looking for their next challenge, with proven ability to win business and grow market share.
* Able to generate business in a target driven environment
* Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
* Full UK driving license & access to your own vehicle
* Ambition to step up into a role with greater responsibility and opportunity to make a real impact.
Your Role:
* Lead the growth of our lettings portfolio, win new instructions, and grow market share across Knaresborough and neighbouring towns
* Win new listings and gain instructions for properties to market.
* Generate and book valuations.
* Negotiate offers and progress lets to exchange & completion.
* Administer tenancies (with support).
* Provide outstanding customer service.
