* Support Finance with variance analysis, audits and technical payroll queries.
* Identify and drive improvements to payroll processes and controls.

Benefits Administration

* Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate payroll and benefits updates.
* Maintain accurate employee data across HR and ERP systems and perform regular audits.
* Assist with site inductions, HR communications and engagement activities.
* Support HR projects, monthly changes, reporting and issue resolution.

You will be part of a supportive HR team in a business with a global mission: helping make the world safer through advanced detection technology. This role offers ownership, variety, and the opportunity to improve processes while supporting colleagues across the organisation.
