Staffline is recruiting Bakery Operatives in Avonmouth. The rate of pay is £15.54 per hour.
Role
This role offers both full and part‑time positions, working rotating shifts, 4 on 4 off. Hours of work:
* 6am to 6pm
* 6pm to 6am
Your Time at Work
As a Bakery Operative you will be responsible for:
* Deliver the best possible production of our products in alignment with site and customer requirements and standards; ensuring this is maintained across the bakery environment.
* Have a high degree of accuracy; fulfil orders efficiently.
* Operate and maintain machinery within the factory as operationally required in accordance with food and health & safety standards and procedures.
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the working environment, following cleaning best practice procedure.
* Complete all hygiene documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
* Participate in customer visits and audits as required.
There will be some manual handling included in this role.
Our Perfect Worker
* Good English and Maths skills.
* Aware of the importance of health and safety.
* Functional IT skills beneficial.
* Basic Food Hygiene Certification and experience of working within a food manufacturing environment.
* Bakery experience and SHE Level 1 Certification preferred but full training provided.
