Hours: Rotational Shifts – 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday) / 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Monday to Thursday)

What You’ll Be Doing:
⚡ Diagnose & Repair: Take the lead in identifying and solving electrical and mechanical faults on key equipment, including vacuum sealing machines, automated conveyors, panel tracks, and more.
⚙️ Hands-On Maintenance: Carry out both preventive and reactive maintenance on high-tech systems, ensuring vacuum sealing systems and other critical machinery are running at peak performance.
Fix it Fast: Quickly get equipment back up and running during breakdowns. Use your electrical and mechanical skills to troubleshoot, repair, and prevent future issues.
Optimize & Improve: Drive continuous improvement by finding ways to make equipment run more efficiently, reduce energy usage, and minimize downtime.
Safety First: Stay on top of health and safety regulations, ensuring all equipment and machinery operate within legal and safety guidelines.
Innovate & Elevate: Take ownership of your work area and contribute to the growth of the entire operation by finding and implementing better, faster solutions.

What We’re Looking For:
* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
* Solid experience in maintaining vacuum sealing machines, conveyor systems, panel tracks, and automated machinery.
* Strong ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits, control panels, motors, and mechanical systems.
* Experience with vacuum technology, including vacuum pumps, sealing bars, and other mechanical components.
* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently when needed.
* You love a challenge and see problems as opportunities for improvement.
