Responsibilities
* Support a 55‑year‑old stroke survivor and wheelchair user to access the community. Use the client’s mobility car (driving licence required). Manual handling with a hoist (training provided).
* Prepare meals.
* Perform light household duties.
* Grocery shopping.
* Meet family members for social activities.
* Attend Stroke Club when possible.

Compass Disability Services (Compass Independent Living Team) is a support, advisory and payroll service. We support people with a disability or long‑term health condition to live independently and retain control of their lives within the community. We are not the person that you will work for; you will work for the individual or family that we are supporting.
Employment & Eligibility: The role may be subject to a DBS check. Your employer may also ask for references. You must be able to prove the right to work in the UK. No sponsorships are available. The person undertaking this role may be requested to supply evidence of DBS clearance and/or references. Hours: 6hrs per week – days and times to be discussed. Pay: £13.50 – Employed £16.00 – Self‑Employed. Job Type: Part‑time.
