Location: Locking, Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset
This role is for up to 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, but we offer flexibility — ideally a minimum of 20 hours per week can be worked across Monday to Thursday

We are looking for someone who is:
• exceptionally organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage a demanding and varied workload
• calm, diplomatic, and considerate — especially when things get busy
• proactive with a solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to take initiative
• able to demonstrate strong IT skills and an ability to adapt to different systems and processes
• a positive, team-player attitude, willing to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in.
You will be:
• working term-time only (39 weeks of the year) supporting central team and ELAN schools to ensure everything runs smoothly
• providing high-quality administrative support across a wide range of functions, from meeting minutes to communications and websites.
• handling confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism
• managing diaries, coordinating and recording meetings, ensuring deadlines are met — even when the unexpected happens, which it does
• communicating confidently with a range of stakeholders from school leaders to external partners
• problem-solving and adapting quickly when priorities change - as they often do
