The Role
You’ll manage your own varied caseload of privately funded family matters, including :
* Divorce and separation
* Financial remedy cases (including complex assets)
* Private law children matters
* Cohabitation and pre / post-nuptial agreements
* Civil partnerships and relationship breakdowns
The firm is committed to a constructive and empathetic approach, so experience with mediation or collaborative law would be a bonus (but not essential).
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE in family law
* Confident managing complex financial and children cases
* Excellent client care skills and a professional, personable manner
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
* A proactive, organised approach with attention to detail
