We are looking for an experienced Account Director to lead a prestigious, high-profile venue with multiple catering outlets. This is a senior leadership role where you will shape the strategy, inspire teams, deliver outstanding food and service, and drive strong commercial performance across a large-scale hospitality operation.
This newly awarded contract requires a confident leader who thrives in multi-unit commercial F&B environments, enjoys building high-performing teams, and is comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on operational delivery.
This is a highly visible, client-facing role where innovation, collaboration, and accountability are essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead day-to-day operations across multiple food outlets including restaurants, cafés, and event spaces
2. Full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to senior stakeholders
3. Develop and deliver strategic business plans to enhance guest experience and commercial results
4. Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, and team development
5. Maintain exceptional standards across food quality, service, and compliance
6. Deliver growth through creative marketing and event-led initiatives
7. Act as a cultural ambassador, creating a positive and inclusive workplace
8. Inspire teams to deliver consistently high performance across all outlet operations
About You
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within multi-unit commercial hospitality or contract catering – this experience is essential
9. Proven background managing complex, high-volume F&B operations with varied formats (restaurants, grab-and-go, events, etc.)
10. Strong financial and commercial capability with experience managing full budgets and KPIs
11. A confident, visible leader with outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
12. Passionate about food, service excellence, and guest experience
13. Strategic thinker who can translate plans into operational success
14. Calm under pressure and confident in client-facing environments
