Duty Manager (Full-time, On-site)
Location: The Seaview Colonnade, Sutton On Sea.
The Duty Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of facilities and services.
Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise staff
* Ensure health and safety compliance
* Maintain high customer service standards and handle customer inquiries and feedback
* Monitor facility usage and maintain operational records
* Contribute to the development of activities and services to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement
Qualifications
* Previous experience in managing a facility
