The successful candidate will provide technical support and ensure an efficient service for planning applications and local land charges searches. As a Planning Technician, you will play a vital role in our Technical Development & Support department. Your primary focus will be to assist in the validation and registration of planning applications, offering a customer-centric approach to users of our Development Management services.
