The Role
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and strong teamwork skills. Responsibilities include:
1. Carrying out servicing, diagnosis, and repair of vehicles to high standards.
2. Communicating effectively with the Service team and Workshop Control.
3. Occasionally speaking with customers to provide technical opinions.
4. Maintaining up-to-date product knowledge.
5. Ensuring high customer service levels to promote loyalty and referrals.
6. Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of work.
Requirements
* Skills beneficial for the role include multi-tasking, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, quality awareness, and excellent communication skills.
* Full Clean Driving License required.
* Own tools and bonus are advantageous.
Working Conditions
Monday to Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm, with overtime opportunities and holidays included.
