About the role...
As an Account Director, you’ll lead some of the agency’s key clients, building trusted relationships with stakeholders and guiding your team to deliver impactful retail and shopper campaigns. You’ll combine commercial insight with strategic leadership to spot growth opportunities and inspire your team to deliver exceptional results.
What you’ll be doing day to day...
• Leading client accounts, building and maintaining trusted relationships with key stakeholders
• Driving end-to-end delivery of retail and shopper marketing campaigns
• Managing and mentoring your team, inspiring them to deliver their best work
• Identifying commercial opportunities to grow client accounts and strengthen brand value
• Overseeing campaign performance and providing insight-driven recommendations for future growth
About you...
This role would suit an Account Director, with the drive, ambition, and commercial acumen to lead a team and grow major FMCG/retail accounts.
What we're looking for...
• Proven experience in shopper marketing or retail account management at a senior level
• Strong commercial mindset with experience spotting growth opportunities
• Experience managing teams and mentoring account handlers
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working with major FMCG and retail brands and delivering commercially impactful campaigns
