We're seeking a talented Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef with Michelin-level experience to join a refined, ambitious Spanish-Mediterranean restaurant in the heart of Bury St Edmunds —a historic market town known for its thriving food scene and countryside charm.

What to Expect: Modern, casual fine dining with bold Spanish & Mediterranean flavours
20 covers per service, open kitchen concept, intimate guest interaction
Dry-aged meats, fresh seafood, and seasonal produce at the forefront
4 double shifts, 3 days off weekly
Lunch & dinner service only (no breakfast/late nights)
Closed 2–3 days per week
Accommodation provided (salary deduction applies)
Salary range: £37,000–£42,000 per year, depending on experience
