Pensions Systems Analyst
Leeds | Hybrid | Permanent | Up to £60,000 per annum
Our client is seeking a DC Product Owner / Business Analyst to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong pensions experience to play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions, improving processes, and supporting end-to-end project delivery within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
1. Significant experience within the pensions administration industry and/or in roles such as Business Analyst, Junior Product Owner, Product Analyst, or similar
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
3. Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
4. Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage workloads effectively—both independently and across teams
5. Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to clearly capture requirements and processes
6. Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
7. Ability to identify, challenge, and improve existing ways of working, gaining stakeholder buy-in for change
8. Experience using or supporting pensions administration software
9. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
10. Proven experience delivering end-to-end projects
11. Understanding and application of data governance principles
