Job Description:
We are currently working with a Nationwide house builder who is looking to add an experienced Customer Care Administrator to their team. Working Days: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the team
* Maintain an accurate and updated database
* Manage invoices and resolve related queries
* Support Contract Managers
* Deliver exceptional customer service and communication
* Perform general admin duties
* Handle customer queries and complaints
* Liaise with tenants and schedule maintenance & service appointments
Requirements:
* Previous scheduling experience
* High-level customer service skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience in a similar role
