Relevant service advisory experience within the automotive industry is required. Role - Service Advisor Act as the main point of contact for customers booking in vehicles for servicing, maintenance, and repairs. Provide a professional and welcoming experience from vehicle check-in through to handover. Accurately record customer concerns and communicate technical information clearly to workshop technicians. Handle complex queries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution. Liaise closely with the workshop controller to manage workflow and meet promised delivery times. Books MOTs as required.
