Whether you're experienced in education or looking to take the next step into a rewarding career, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Be DoingAs a Primary School Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in helping pupils learn, grow, and build confidence by:Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjectsProviding 1:1 and small group support, including for children with SEN or additional learning needsEncouraging pupils' social, emotional, and academic developmentHelping to create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environmentPreparing classroom activities and learning resourcesMonitoring student progress and providing valuable feedback to teachersSupporting daily classroom routines, breaktimes, and school activitiesBuilding strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parentsWhat We're Looking ForWe're searching for individuals who are:Passionate about supporting children and educationCalm, patient, and resilientPositive team players with excellent communication skillsFlexible and adaptable within different school settingsCommitted to making a meaningful impact in the classroomExperience working with children or within schools is desirable - but not essential.
