This is an excellent opportunity for either a passionate ECT at the start of their teaching career or a more experienced teacher seeking a supportive and progressive school environment. The Role
As a Spanish Teacher / ECT, you will join a collaborative and forward-thinking Modern Foreign Languages department, delivering engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential opportunities at Key Stage 5 as you develop.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Planning and delivering high-quality Spanish lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Inspiring students to develop confidence and enthusiasm for language learning.
* Differentiating teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
* Assessing and tracking student progress to ensure strong outcomes.
* Contributing to departmental planning and wider school initiatives.
* Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
* Fully engaging with the school’s structured ECT induction programme (if applicable).
The Ideal Candidate
KPI Education are seeking a high-calibre candidate who:
* Holds (or is on track to achieve) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* Has a degree in Spanish or a closely related subject.
* Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for MFL education.
* Is committed to delivering high-quality teaching and learning.
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Is reflective, motivated, and eager to develop professionally.
* Is suitable for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers.
